Management Certificate Program Highlights | ||
| Summary - Looking at the
economy today and the predictions for the next couple of years, it is clear that
we are not heading back to the go-go days of the dot.com era for a while, if ever.
In demand today are supervisors, managers and employees that are competent in
their field of expertise who need to contribute to, as well as lead, the activity
of the team. Employers look for doers - leaders with the skills to resolve conflicts
and manage diversity, encourage open communication and increase productivity and
morale.
The Business Management Certificate
was born in the Spring 2004 term. Prior to that, it was called the Supervision
and Management Certificate. Also in Spring 2004, a new program consultant was
added, Mitchell Levy, President & CEO of ECnow.com
and Partner on CEOnetworking. A supporting
Web site for this program is located at http://BUMAtraining.com/.
