Loan Signing (BUMA 435, CEUs: 0.7)

Take advantage of this high-income low-risk industry by entering the lending and real estate business! This class provides the working notary public with the duties and responsibilities of a loan signing specialist and the knowledge and skills to deal with a multitude of documents in a typical loan package.

You must bring:

• Notebook or paper to take notes
• A bag lunch
  

In addition to registration, other fees apply. All payments must be separate, payable by cash, check or money order only.

• State exam fee: $40 cash, check or money order made payable to Secretary of State
• Study guide fee: $35 cash, check or money order made payable to CSNP
  

Optional materials may be purchased at the end of class: notary public sequential journal, notary public computer disk, inkless thumb printer and laminated question sheet.
